Continuing on from last months article - Measuring L&D Moments that Matter - Part I, this month we look at the key issues of showing how your L&D is bringing benefit to your business.  There's some real challenges in this article; the Kirkpatrick model comes in for some deep examination as does the Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Expectation (ROE) models.  As with last months article, the L&D professional really needs to understand these key measurement issues if they are to correctly position L&D within their organisation.

In this article, Jonathan Kettleborough completes his journey of explaining the key issues to take into account when measuring L&D 'moments'.  This is the second part of a detailed article and one which presents the L&D professional with some real challenges!
