This is another of the sessions we run at Birkbeck College and this one deals with managing projects successfully.

For many of the students, the opportunity of running a projects is both exciting and daunting.

During this day-long session we explore the success criteria of projects and discuss the tools and techniques that can be used to deliver a project in the most effective way.

This is an exceptionally practical session whish demonstrates that running successful projects is as much an art as it is a science.
